After talking with another company, my wife and I were hesitant that we could get the awning we imagined built. It turns out that the team who had installed the first awning were now at Miami Awning. One of their experts (Frank), came by the house to find out what we had in mind. After a few minutes of looking at the situation, Frank indicated it would be no problem at all to get what we wanted. He shared options as well as offered helpful advice. We received a fair estimate and moved ahead. Frank and the Miami Awning Design Engineer came by and confirmed measurements, and a few weeks later shared the design drawings. After approval, the frame and covering was built in their plant. The installation team was very professional, and took great care to make sure everything turned out perfectly. We're thrilled.
